Simple Juice for Anemia

20131024-095213

Anemia is a relatively common condition (more commonly seen in women) that is characterized by having either a low red blood cell count, or by having low levels of hemoglobin in the blood. In either case, less oxygen is able to be transported throughout the body and may result in feelings of confusion or faintness.

In Europe, beet juice has been used as a treatment for anemia. It contains iron, folic acid, Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and vitamins A & C.

Recipe:

• Carrot 6oz
• Beet 2
• Celery 2 oz
• Lettuce 2oz
• Apple 2 oz

Use fresh organic veggies juice and enjoy.
