Getting older can be a beautiful thing; we gain freedom, wisdom and if we are lucky a bit of wealth, but, as beautiful as aging can be it also has its drawbacks. For some of us this drawback is constant muscle soreness, for others forgetfulness, but, for the majority of us the most common flaw of the aging process is wrinkles.  What you will find below are 5 anti- aging cream recipes you can make at home.

What Gives You Wrinkles?

You have probably been told at some point that making a funny face is what will give you wrinkles, this statement is true to an extent. As you age, your skin begins begin to lose its natural and essential oils. The loss of theses oils levees your skin dry and less resilient to change. So, every time you make a face your skin stretches, but, with less elasticity your skin can’t bounce back.

Stress throughout the day can also play a big role in amount of wrinkles you experience. Stress can have many negative effects on the body, but, when it comes to your skin stress can often lead to an increase in perspiration. This increase in perspiration can force essential oils out of the skin’s lipid layer.

What To Watch Out For.

As we age our bodies have difficult time producing the same amount of youth giving essential oils, so, what should you do? Replacing these oils with store bought anti-aging creams might seem like the right thing to do, but, by just looking at the ingredients these anti-aging creams contain you will probably realize just how bad these creams actually are for you.

Natural oils are lipophilic meaning they absorb easily into the skin, while many off the shelf anti-aging creams contain oils that are lipophilic they also contain chemicals used for fragrance that can be tribal for your skin’s health. Now instead of your body being able to absorb and use these oils it must spend energy getting rid of these toxic chemicals.
