Country Star

The 42-year-old singer is known for his songs “Brother Highway” and “Some People Do”. According to his Facebook page, LeDoux planned to release his new album “Next In Line” on November 11. (1, 4)

The “Bio” page on LeDoux’s website shares his pride in his upcoming album and that much of it is inspired by the people who are important to him. In various songs, LeDoux pays tribute to his grandfather Bud Rhoads, his brother Beau, and his father. (5)

The page quotes LeDoux discussing the music he writes.  “I’m proud to carry on the tradition and a lot of songs that I write are going to relate with songs that my dad wrote and recorded because I lived the same life,” LeDoux said. “I was born and raised on a ranch, which my family still owns outside of Kaycee, Wyoming. That was my life and it’s reflected in the songs I write. I just think back to those days working on a ranch and hanging out with my granddad, who taught me how to drive a tractor, work cows and everything that is associated with ranching, but music has always been my dream.”

Sharing Comfort on Social Media

Fans of Ned LeDoux took to social media to share their sorrow for the country star’s loss. Commenting on his and Morgan’s statement on his Facebook page, one fan wrote, “I am so sorry for this loss. Words seem [too] insignificant, but please know I am sending prayers and love to your whole family.” (1)

Another fan commented on LeDoux’s Instagram post from Haven’s second birthday, letting him know that she has some idea of his pain. She wrote, “Very sorry for your loss…..I know what [losing] a daughter feels like…..she is with our Lord and Savior now…..My family and I will pray for yours…..May God give you peace and strength at this time. He can move Mountains.” (3)
