Have you been having some chocolate cravings lately? We were too, but then we ran into this awesome recipe for freezer fudge, and those cravings just went away. Freezer fudge is the best thing ever when you’re in no mood to turn on your oven but you are definitely in the mood to get down with some cacao. This recipe even offers an immune boost from the handful of almonds that go on top. No, those aren’t just for crunch, although they’re great for that too. Almonds are packed with vitamin E, which is a powerful anti-oxidant when paired with those good fats that almonds are also known for. Look alive, vitamin C! You’ve got some competition.
Not only is it chocolatey and immune-boosting, but his freezer fudge handles dietary restrictions like a champ. If you’re vegan or following a paleo or keto diet, this fudge is friendly. Soy-free and dairy-free, with low sugar and no sugar options, nut-free is even a possibility by just removing those almonds.
