The rise in attention deficit disorders among the American population has less to do with heightened stimulation and more to do with what we are feeding our children. Foods rich in trans fats, sugars, and preservatives are contributing to toxic levels of free radicals and cell damaging stressors helping to thwart healthy development of the brain.
